These Terms and Conditions govern your use of zd22 at zd22.link. Before you register, deposit any PKR or place a single bet, please read through this document. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a family member's details or any other means — is strictly prohibited. If zd22 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed, bonus funds forfeited and genuine winnings may be reviewed before settlement.
You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full name, mobile number, date of birth and any other details requested. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and gives zd22 the right to close your account without notice.
zd22 is designed and operated for players in Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is specifically restricted may be excluded at zd22's discretion. It is each player's responsibility to ensure that their use of zd22 complies with applicable local laws in their location.

Your zd22 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
zd22 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been performed by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact zd22 support immediately at support@zd22.link. zd22 cannot be held responsible for losses that occur before you notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.
zd22 may require identity verification at any point, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Requested documents may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) or a screenshot of a recent Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction for payment verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions until verification is completed.
zd22 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. No currency conversion is applied — you deposit in PKR, your balance is held in PKR and you withdraw in PKR.
Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT transfers usually arrive within one to three hours on business days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. zd22 does not impose artificial delays on genuine withdrawal requests. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made using someone else's Easypaisa wallet, bank account or card — are not permitted. Any such deposits may be returned and the associated account reviewed. This policy exists to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.
Note on Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are separate from your real money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. See Section 05 for full bonus terms.
zd22 is not responsible for technical delays caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network issues or banking system downtime. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact zd22 support with confirmation from your payment provider. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
New players at zd22 are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000. To qualify, you must register a new account, make your first deposit of at least Rs 200 and the bonus is credited automatically to your account balance. The bonus is available for use across sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables and poker.
All bonuses, including the welcome bonus, are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. This means if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
All bonuses on zd22 have an expiry period. The welcome bonus and its associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any unmet wagering requirement or unclaimed bonus that remains after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
Each promotion on zd22 carries its own specific terms, which are stated clearly at the time the offer is displayed. Promotions are available to eligible players and zd22 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonus structures — through systematic exploitation of low-risk strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine play — may have their bonus withdrawn and any associated winnings reviewed.
Bonuses are intended as a gesture of goodwill to genuine players, not as a vehicle for risk-free profit extraction. zd22 monitors bonus usage and will act if activity patterns indicate abuse rather than genuine gameplay.
The zd22 Refer a Friend programme pays a reward for each qualifying referral you introduce to the platform. Referral rewards are credited once the referred player completes a qualifying deposit and meets the minimum activity threshold. All sports bets placed on zd22 — covering cricket, football and other available markets — are governed by the specific rules for each sport as displayed in the relevant section of the platform. In general: bets placed before a match are settled at the listed odds at time of placement. Live in-play bets are settled at the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed. Matches abandoned before completion are settled according to the individual sport rules displayed on the betting page.
All casino games on zd22 — including software-based games and live dealer tables — are governed by the rules displayed within each game. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real PKR on it. In the event of a software error, technical fault or incorrect odds display, zd22 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game outcomes and return stakes to the player. Results determined by a verifiable malfunction are not binding and will be reviewed by zd22's operations team on a case-by-case basis. zd22 will communicate the outcome of any such review to the affected player.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets on zd22. These limits vary by game type, table, market and player account status. The following activities are strictly prohibited on zd22 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
zd22 monitors all accounts for suspicious activity using automated systems and manual review. Any account showing patterns consistent with prohibited activities will be suspended pending investigation before any action is taken.
All content on the zd22 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software code and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of zd22 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zd22 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from any zd22 content without prior written permission.
Scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of any content from zd22's platform using automated tools is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
zd22 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on zd22, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

zd22 may suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering or any other prohibited activity. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, access games or request withdrawals.
zd22 will investigate suspended accounts within a reasonable timeframe — typically within 5 business days — and will communicate the outcome of that investigation by email. Where a suspension is lifted following investigation, any legitimate balance will be accessible and normal account functions will resume.
You may request the closure of your zd22 account at any time by contacting support@zd22.link. Following your request, your account will be closed and your remaining real money balance will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. zd22 will notify you by email before applying any inactivity policy. After the notification period, zd22 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 100 from the account balance, up to the value of the remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity will be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting support.
zd22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations or the way bonuses, payments or games operate — zd22 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to registered players and/or by prominently displaying a notice on the platform.
Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors or updates to contact information, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent version was published.
Your continued use of zd22 following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept any revision, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and receive any remaining real money balance.
